Welcome to our new Who Cork The Dance website. The importance of sound systems in the history of reggae music cannot be underestimated and we are committed to documenting the history and preserving the recordings of the many legendary sounds and entertainers. The original WCTD blogspot had over 120,000 visits in less than 2 years and this has encouraged us to keep going with this enormous project and we hope this website will enable us to continue the focus on a much neglected era of Jamaican music, the good old Dancehall style. Do you remember back in the day, all those singers and deejays “Who Cork The Dance”, because we do!!
